Declaration of Domicile

You may download a domicile form or obtain one at any Clerk & Comptroller location. Record the domicile form at the Main Courthouse, South County Courthouse or North County Courthouse. If you leave your domicile form at the Belle Glade or Royal Palm Beach branch offices, it will be forwarded along with your check to the main office the following work day for recording.

You must bring some form of legal identification. Acceptable forms of identification include: an identification card or driver's license issued by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; or a passport issued by the Department of State of the United States. Other acceptable forms of Identification are described in Chapter 117 of the Florida Statutes.
