Payment by personal check, cashier's check or money order ONLY (no cash or credit cards), made payable to the "Department of State."

If you are processing an expedited application, you must include the cost of overnight mail in your check or money order payable to the Department of State (for overnight delivery of the passport to you) AND in your payment to the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller's office (for overnight delivery of the application to the Department of State). The amount will be based on current US postal regulations.
Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller Execution Fees
These payments must be made separately to the "Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller." Payment accepted by cash, personal check, cashier's check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover.

Passport Photos: Passport photos may be purchased for $16.05 each at our passport acceptance facilities in Belle Glade, Delray Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, or you may also purchase photos at retail stores that offer passport photo services.
