Clerk Cart For Civil & Criminal Reports
Downloadable civil and criminal reports are available for purchase. Reports available in PDF or Microsoft Excel format include eviction, divorce and traffic crime reports.
Development of new specialized reports in Clerk Cart has been suspended until further notice. Please take a moment to review the current list of Clerk Cart reports to see if the information you need is already available in an existing report. Existing reports may still be purchased on Clerk Cart
Notice Of Confidential Crime Victim Information Within Court Filing (Marsy's Law)
In Opinion 20-1128, the Florida Supreme Court adopted Florida Rule of General Practice and Judicial Administration 2.423 requiring that a Notice of Confidential Crime Victim Information within Court Filing (Marsy’s Law) accompany criminal and juvenile court filings that contain confidential crime victim information.
Sealed Cases
Court orders and notices of hearings regarding the sealing of case files are posted here for the duration of time ordered by the court.
Pretrial Release Register
Florida Statute 907.043, known as the Citizens’ Right-to-Know Act, requires the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller to make the Pretrial Release Register readily accessible to the public.
