The Historic Courthouse is located at 300 N Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.
From I-95 or Florida's Turnpike: Take Exit 70 from I-95, or Exit 99 from the Florida Turnpike, and drive East on Okeechobee Boulevard to downtown West Palm Beach. Take the ramp on the right and follow the signs for Australian Avenue North. Turn right onto Banyan Boulevard. Turn left onto North Dixie Highway. The Historic Courthouse will be on your right side after passing the first traffic light.
From US 1 heading North: Turn left (West) on Lakeview Avenue and then turn right on South Quadrille Boulevard. Make a right onto Banyan Boulevard and then a left at North Dixie Highway. The Historic Courthouse will be on your right side after passing the first traffic light.
From US 1 heading South: Go to 3rd Street in downtown West Palm Beach and make a left. The Historic Courthouse will be on your right side.
Where should I park?
Public parking is available in metered spaces on 3rd Street and in the 4th Street parking lot. Additionally, there are several public parking garages in the surrounding area. These locations charge for parking.
Accessible ADA entrance is located on the east side of the building on the 1st floor with elevators to the 2nd floor (museum level). Parking in metered spaces is free for handicapped decal holders.
What time should couples arrive at the Historic Courthouse on Valentine’s Day?
Couples should arrive between 10:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to check -in. Couples must arrive dressed and ready for the ceremony.
What time does the ceremony start?
The ceremony will promptly start at 11:00 a.m. Couples should arrive between 10:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Please allow ample time for traffic and parking.
Can we renew our vows at this ceremony if we are already married?
No. We will not be doing vow renewals this year.
Can I bring a pet?
No. Pets will not be permitted.
May my children come to the ceremony?
Yes, however, due to limited space, only 2 guests per couple will be permitted at the ceremony. This includes children and other family members.
Can I have bridesmaids or groomsmen?

What should I wear?
Couples can wear casual attire or more traditional wedding attire, such as a wedding dress or tuxedo.
Dressing rooms are NOT available onsite. Please arrive already dressed in the attire you want to wear for the ceremony.
How do I get a marriage license?
You must have a valid marriage license to participate in the wedding. Make sure you get a license on or before Monday, February 10, as Florida law requires a mandatory three-day waiting period between the time you get the license and your actual marriage ceremony (unless you have taken an approved premarital course). Our Marriage Licenses & Ceremonies page has more information about what you will need to get a license, as well as a listing of all our courthouse locations where you can apply for a license. A marriage license is $86 ($61 if you have taken an approved premarital course).
I know this is advertised as a group wedding, but what does that mean? What can we expect?
Clerk Abruzzo will officiate one ceremony for 25 couples in the beautifully restored courtroom of the Historic Courthouse in downtown West Palm Beach. Weather permitting, couples may have their photos taken by our official photographers in front of the Historic Courthouse.
Space is limited to the first 25 couples who sign up.
Can I bring a photographer or videographer?
No. Couples are not allowed to bring in their own photographer or videographer. A professional photographer, Curly Girl Photography, will be present at the ceremony and will take photos of the couples. Each couple will receive one free digital photo. Additional photos may be purchased directly from the photographer.
Will food or drinks be provided at the event?
No. Food and drinks will not be provided, and they are not allowed in the Historic Courthouse. Couples are welcome to visit any of the nearby restaurants in downtown West Palm Beach after the ceremony.
