Register to Bid
To be eligible to bid at an auction, you must register online prior to the auction and satisfy the advance deposit requirements. You must register for yourself and any and all corporations, non-profits, partnerships, business, etc. that you may represent as a bidder. You must open two separate accounts if you intend to bid in both Tax Deeds and Foreclosure sales–you cannot use the same account to bid on both.
The Clerk reserves the right to require proof of bidder’s name and/or affiliation. There is no fee for registration. You do not need to register solely to view an auction.
Plaintiffs and/or their representatives must also register prior to the auction and prepay the Clerk’s $70 sale fee no later than close of business the day before the auction. The $70 electronic online sale fee and the Clerk's $70 sale fee may be paid through the portal with the Notice of Sale.
