This information only applies to disabled parking tickets issued by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.

If You Have a Valid Disabled Parking Permit

If you have a valid disabled parking permit, you can request a dismissal by filing the Affidavit of Compliance provided with the citation, by mail or online.

By Mail: Please mail the completed Affidavit of Compliance, signed by a Palm Beach County Sheriff Parking Enforcement Officer, and a check in the amount of $7.50 to the address below.

Submit Affidavit of Compliance & Pay Online

Submit your completed Affidavit of Compliance, signed by a Palm Beach County Sheriff Parking Enforcement Officer, and chat live with a member of our customer service team to learn how to complete payment. If You Do Not Have a Valid Disabled Parking Permit

If you did not have a disabled parking permit when you received your ticket, you have two options for closing your case.

You may enter a plea of not guilty. Your plea of not guilty must be in writing. Please include your correct mailing address. You will be notified of your court date at the address you provide.
You may enter a plea of guilty or no contest and pay the fine.

FAQs

Why can't I pay my ticket online?
Some traffic citations are not eligible for payment online. These include:
- Citations issued for driving under suspension
- Traffic compliance citations where proof is required (such as failure to display insurance, registration or driver license)
- Toll citations
- Criminal traffic citations
- Traffic citations requiring mandatory court
- Citations issued for improper equipment
- If you have plead not guilty and have not yet been to court
- If your case is in collections
- If you have a financial obligation suspension
- Parking tickets
To make a payment on a payment plan or to pay a boating or marine violation:

Why can't I find my traffic ticket in your online system?
- If your citation was issued less than 5 days ago, please try again at a later time. Most citations are filed by the law enforcement officer within 5 days from the date the citation was issued.
- If your ticket number includes a letter O or a number 0, please verify that you are entering the correct alpha/numeric digit.
- Verify that your citation was issued in Palm Beach County.
How can I pay my ticket?
- PayItClerkPBC (online or mobile app): A service fee of $2.50 per transaction plus 2.5 percent will apply.
- Pay Online: A 3.5 percent service charge will apply.
- By Phone:
  - Call (561) 207-7189 to make a payment by credit card without waiting. You must know your case or citation number.
    Hours: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
    A 6 percent service charge will apply for each credit card transaction.
  - Call (561) 355-2994 if you need to speak to a Clerk representative.
    Hours: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday
    A 6 percent service charge will apply for each credit card transaction.
- By Mail

How do I pay if my case has been referred to a collection agency?

If your case has been referred to a collection agency, it must be paid directly to the agency assigned to your case.

Is my online payment secure?

We use industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting and receiving sensitive information. We do not store your sensitive data, such as full credit card numbers. All credit card transactions are conducted by MyFloridaCounty.com.
When do I have to pay my ticket?
- Violations must be paid within 30 calendar days from the date the ticket was issued.
- If your payment is not received within 30 days of the citation issue date, there is a $16 late fee and a $7 compliance letter fee.
- If you do not contact the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller's office within 30 days from the citation issue date, a process will be started to suspend your license.
What if I can't pay my ticket within 30 days?

You may apply for a payment plan online or in person at any Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller location. A $25.00 administrative fee plus a reasonable down payment is required. If payment is past due, you will also be charged a late fee and compliance letter fee (see Fees & Costs for the current ).
