Property Fraud Alerts

Our free Property Fraud Alerts service moved to a new provider. We will continue to notify you for free if a document is recorded using the name you have chosen to monitor. Plus, our new service also will allow you to monitor a specific address.

• Subscribers to email alerts: If you previously subscribed to our free alerts by email, no action is required on your part. Your subscription has been automatically moved to our new service provider. If you would like to monitor a specific address, visit the Property Fraud Alert registration page to add that alert.
  
  
• Subscribers to phone alerts: Phone alerts are no longer available as of August 29. If you still wish to receive free Property Fraud Alerts, you must re-enroll using an email address.
